CPM Scheduling
Using Suretrak, Primaver P6, or Microsoft Projects, I create baseline schedules for various agencies and contractors. I maintain and update schedules on a monthly basis and submit TIA (Time Impact Analysis)/Workaround schedules as needed to keep the project on pace.
3D Modeling [BIM]
Using Revit or SketchUp, I make 3D models from existing plans or design drawings for coordination, rendering, and constructibility. Project types range from small footprint residential homes to large commercial buildings such as offices and hospitals.
